Bancha Hojicha is made from green tea leaves harvested in summer.
Porcelain beads heated to 300°C allow roasting, which attenuates their bitterness and develops a woody, nutty and amber flavor.

Pour one full teaspoon per 20 cl cup into the teapot.
Pour the boiling water (95°C) over the tea leaves in the teapot. Let it brew for a short minute while the leaves rehydrate. The same tea can be used a second time
