Delivery Overview
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours, we use Royal Mail 2nd class for all packages up to 2kg, for anything over this we may use a third-party courier depending on charges and location. Where possible we will provide tracking information for all parcels over 2kg via email or order update in your account section.
We offer free delivery to any orders over £20.00, any order under this will be subject to a flat rate shipping fee of £1.95
Refunds
As this is a consumable product we retain the right to refuse refunds where needed. We will accept returns provided the packages are not opened or damaged in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights and should you receive a package that is damaged in any way please ensure you report it to chat@theteatonic.com along with appropriate pictures so we can arrange a replacement product to be sent out at our earliest convenience.
Refund Proccess
For the process of all returns please initially email us at chat@theteatonic.com detailing the reasoning behind why you wish to return your product we will then advise and offer a postage label where appropriate, this may be via Royal Mail or a third-party courier, it is your responsibility to retain the proof of postage so that any claims can be dealt with as quickly as possible
